1. Weekly Commission Structure: Starting January 1, 2024, all newly signed-up affiliates will be part of the MCW FAST Track Weekly Commission program. Your commission rate will range from 40% to 45%, based on the number of weekly active players you refer and their net losses.
2. Active Player Requirement: To be eligible to withdraw commissions, you must have at least 5 active players per week. If you earned commissions with 1-4 active players last week, you need 5 active players this week to withdraw the previous week’s commissions.
3. Commission Calculation: Commissions are calculated weekly. 18% of each player’s profit/loss will be deducted as operational and administrative costs. Profits and losses from peer-to-peer games like Ludo and BPoker are excluded from commission calculations.
4. Player Quality Standards: In addition to the active player requirements, you must ensure every referred player is a genuine, active MCW player. MCW has standards to audit player quality, and if you fail to meet them, your commission may not be paid.
5. Continuous Promotion: Failure to continuously promote the site by not having new signups or removing MCW banners from your affiliate site is considered a breach of contract, leading to termination and waiving future revenue share claims.
6. Fraud and Collusion: If your referred players are involved in collusion or fraudulent activities, MCW has the right to deduct withheld funds or remove those players from your referral record, impacting your revenue share.
7. Commission Settlement: Commissions are settled every Wednesday before 5:00 PM. If a player’s account is negative (winnings exceed losses), the negative amount carries over to the following week(s). Revenue share is based on MCW’s calculations and statistics. Negative commission balances will be deducted from available commissions.
8. Taxes and Deductions: All amounts earned are exclusive of charges, taxes, duties, fees, excises, or tariffs. You are solely responsible for paying applicable taxes on your revenue share in your tax jurisdiction. If MCW is required to withhold taxes in its operating jurisdictions, you are responsible for paying such taxes and cannot recover them from MCW.
